The commission is agreed with you before the brokerage contract is signed, and it is paid only at the notary's office, out of the proceeds of the sale. Photos, video, promotion and showings are all included: nothing is asked of you along the way, and nothing is billed if the property doesn't sell.
No. The evaluation is free and carries no obligation. You keep the market value of your property and the comparables that justify it, even if you decide in the end not to sell, or to give the mandate to someone else.
It depends on the area, the asking price and the condition of the property. At the evaluation we give you the average time recently observed for comparable properties in your neighbourhood, and what can realistically shorten it.
That's very common. Plenty of our clients call us six months or a year ahead. We do the evaluation now, tell you which renovations are worth doing (and which ones aren't), then follow up whenever you want.
Nothing mandatory. If you have them handy, the certificate of location, the municipal tax bill and a list of the renovations done since you bought help us sharpen the number. Otherwise, we work from what we see.
